What if the well known shooter Halo was created a decade earlier? What if Nintendo decided to make a fighting game featuring its stable of characters a console generation earlier than it did with 1999′s Super Smash Bros.?

What if the role-playing game Final Fantasy XIII looked a lot more like Final Fantasy VI? Nicely, they’d all probably be quite a bit far more pixelated, but (because the gallery beneath shows) they’d nonetheless look awfully enjoyable.
