Hello and welcome to The Retro Gamer!  I am proud to bring you all the latest and greatest retro gaming news, reviews, collecting tips, and more!  My name is ChR0n1k and I have been a die-hard retro video game collector for the past few years, and am here to share my unique point of view when it comes to retro video games.

Since the release of the Xbox 360, PS3, and Nintendo Wii, gaming, especially retro gaming, has changed greatly.  Game consoles are no longer just for games, they are being used in a wide variety of ways.  Movie players, internet devices, and even work out programs like the Wii Fit?!  I am here to help make sure the retro gaming nostalgia is here to stay.  I know some other retro gamers out there feel the same way I do.

I have been buying and selling retro video games and electronics on eBay and Kijiji for a few years now, scouring local thrift stores and garage sales for the next greatest retro gaming find.  It’s not much, but I can pay my rent and play all the games I love.  There is no feeling like finding a great, rare classic game in a pile of old, crappy electronics at a thrift store, let me tell you.
